Brian oversees construction for Peachtree, selecting and managing general contractors and holding budgets and schedules from preconstruction through certificate of occupancy. On the industrial side he sources acquisitions, handles leasing, and manages capital improvements across the portfolio.

Jack leads acquisitions and underwriting, managing each project from site identification through stabilization. He is responsible for operator selection, project capitalization, and investor relations across the portfolio.

Jeff directs general contracting and project delivery for Peachtree developments nationally, aligning the pipeline with construction capacity. He is also an active investor in senior living, multifamily, and industrial assets outside the firm.
